In order to support the Analyst we have developed software that assures only best practices are deployed. A complete analysis of your Form 1095 data is formulated by the BenefitScape® Analyst assigned to your organization. Input data for the efiling is identified from Payroll, HRIS, Benefit Administration etc. Each element is validated and transformed as required.


The ACA IRS AIR rules, validation and regulations concerning the data are enforced by the BenefitScape® platform. The Data is transmitted to the IRS with our TCC Code (Errors are captured and re mediated with client ). Data is Approved and transferred until acceptance is acknowledged by the IRS AIR platform A receipt of all activity is provided from the IRS
